Our focus is on aroma-packed, funky, and flavor-driven ales, and we love to play with yeast, the true brewer in the beer making process. We brew lots of one-off batches that allow us to pursue our various whims, and we don't shy away from sours, twists on traditional styles, and adding pertinent and unique ingredients to our beers. Our goal is to make beer that you’ve never had anywhere else (or at least that you can't find very easily), but beer that is still drinkable and enjoyable. We want to use tradition as a launching point, and add complexity and depth with our choice of yeast and ingredients. We hope that this way when you see the name Lamplighter on a menu or label, you’ll have a good idea that you’re in for something delicious.

We offer full pours, half pours, and tasting flights, coffee, snacks, board games, trivia night, chef and brewery collaborations, speaker system, and a grand ol' view into the brewery so you can watch us in action. We can also fill growlers to-go during any of our taproom hours. Please note that we do not take reservations - the taproom is on a first come, first serve basis - last call is 15 minutes before close!
