It all started with one beer. When Kevin Welch, our founder and head brewer, tasted his first Belgian tripel in 2001, it was a life-changing experience. “I couldn’t believe how many unique flavors there were,” he recalls. “They were all intricately balanced and kept evolving. I’d never tasted anything like that, and ever since then I’ve been obsessed with Belgian beer.”
