At Canal Park Brewery, we are inspired by the unruly spirit that occupies the North and South shore of Lake Superior. We brew beer and serve food to satisfy the adventurers who buzz up and down the fresh coast. Our goal is to build brew culture in our hometown of Duluth, MN and create curiosity in craft beer styles by brewing consistently epic batches.
Positioned North and overlooking Lake Superior, Canal Park Brewery is a modern brewpub and restaurant with a fresh take on eating and drinking well. We craft dishes to sustain the active people who buzz up and down the North and South shore of the region we love. It is our goal to use as many local and organic ingredients when creating a menu that reflects a new American standard of sustainability.
