We established ENKI Brewing on the idea that remarkable beer, shared with others, leads to outstanding friendships. Remarkable beer requires remarkable people to brew it, sell it and drink it. We do all three!

ENKI Taproom Perfectly situated along the shores of Steiger Lake, Victoria, MN. Built from brick and mortar in 1914, the ENKI brewery began in what once was the Victoria Creamery. After three years of exciting growth, we decided it was time to expand. We're now located in a newly renovated warehouse space on Stieger Lake Lane, right down the street from our original home. Comfortable and inviting, the taproom is the perfect site for both intimate date nights and large party celebrations. During the summer months, join us on our backyard beer garden patio. The brewery is easily accessible via Highway 5 and mere steps off the Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail (the LRT). Drive up or peddle out to experience all we have to offer. Being that our goal is to make both wonderful beer and great friends, we look forward to you becoming a FOE… a Friend of ENKI. Whether you stay for a few pints or bring a growler home, we’re looking forward to a beautiful friendship.
