We offer the finest small batch beers and wood-fired pizzas. Our beers are made on site in our brewery from a combination of locally foraged ingredients, regionally native grains, and wild hop varieties. We believe in offering our customers a large selection of carefully crafted beers to enjoy while supporting local farmers and neighborhood businesses. Our sustainable brewing methods allow us to produce exceptional beers. Our chef uses the same methodology as our master brewer to obtain the finest local ingredients for our wood-fired pizzas.

We’ve developed an insatiable passion for creating special beers and teaching others about the craft beer industry. The process we use to forage our ingredients from the wild and source from local farms further enhances the rewarding experience of hand-crafting our own brews. By brewing a large variety of small batches, we’re able to keep all of our ales fresh, while continuously supporting Southeastern Minnesota farming communities and initiatives. Our foraging ideology presents us with a world of brewing possibilities. With unlimited creative potential, we can craft an unlimited variety of specialty beers using the organic and all-natural ingredients found in our own backyard – producing a brew that’s uniformly sustainable and absolutely delicious.

Our locally foraged ingredients – wild mushrooms, herbs, flowers, and spices – combine to form a unique palate, inspired by our bountiful region. We use all-natural produce from local Southeastern Minnesota Farms, supporting sustainable agriculture and independent farming initiatives. As a reflection of our brewing philosophy, Forager Brewing Company’s gourmet menu offers a small selection of simple and vibrant dishes made with the freshest seasonally available ingredients.
