In 2013, I began realizing that my professional career as a desk jockey had become boring, a major grind, and not that much fun for me. I needed a hobby to get a sense of fulfillment and brewing beer seemed like a fun option. As I began to experiment with styles and techniques, I was enamored with how the art and science of it all worked together in harmony.
