At O’Fallon Brewery, 45 Progress Parkway in Maryland Heights, we are passionate about making great beer. We work hard to brew beers that deliver unique flavor and refreshment. Ours is a small craft brewery located just north and west of St. Louis, Missouri. The brewery was founded in January 2000, and has experienced steady growth for the last 16 years.

The O’Fallon Brewery was founded by Fran and Tony Caradonna, in 2000. In January they ordered their brewing equipment and sold their first keg on May 6, 2000. The Caradonnas did all the brewing and selling for the first two years, brewing only one style (O’Fallon Gold), selling only kegs and delivering only in St. Charles County. Over the next several years they continued to grow their brands and distribution area. In May 2011 they sold the brewery to Jim Gorczyca, but Fran continues to play a part of day to day operations as the Brewery’s General Manager.

O'Fallon Brewery | O'Fallon Brewery Tour
Complimentary tours are on select Sundays (holidays excluded) at 1, 2, and 3 PM!
Tours last about 45 minutes and will take you through the history of O’Fallon Brewery, starting with our roots back in O’Fallon, Missouri, to how our new state of the art facility is ran. Complimentary samples of some of our tasty brews are provided. You must be 21+ to partake in the samples, however; all ages are welcome on the tour. Finish up your tour with a beer and bite to eat in the O’Bar or shop around in our O’Bar Gift Shop.
