Great beer, great service, great space. Boiler Brewing Company brewery and tap room is located in downtown Lincoln in the historic Grand Manse building.

Prior to embarking on Boiler Brewing Company, Tim spent over five years developing his craft as a home brewer. During this time Tim racked up an impressive list of honors and accolades including High Plains Homebrewer of the Year 2013, 2014 & 2015, Midwest Homebrewer of the Year 2014 & 2015, and was named 2014 Masters Championship of Amateur Brewing Grand Champion. Most notably, Tim is one of three winners of the 2015 Sam Adams LongShot Award. Tim has gained a reputation for making big flavorful beers that are over center, leaving little to the imagination. Though he has a penchant for big beers, he can also create a subtle well balance flavor profile when needed.

This is what we currently have on tap and in bottles available in the tap room. This list is maintained daily. Everything on the list is available in 32 ounce Crowler Cans to go, with the exception of nitro beers and bottled beer.

Our tap room is the best place, the freshest place, and for now, the only place that you can get Boiler Brewing Company beer. Sample some 4 oz. tasters to find the perfect beer for that day. Or get a larger beer if it’s a return visit and you know which one fits the bill. And if you want to take some Boiler Brewing Company beer with you? No problem! We have 32 oz. to-go vessels for you to take your favorite Boiler Brewing Company beer home in.

Boiler Brewing Company resides in the space that was originally the boiler room of the Grand Manse building in downtown Lincoln, NE. Built in 1904, the Grand Manse initially served as Lincoln’s Federal Court House and Post Office. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, the Grand Manse reflects the Beaux Arts Neoclassical style popular with government structures from 1885-1920. The building now serves multiple purposes from retail space to urban living. The one thing that has been missing for the past 100 years is a craft brewery.
