Aurora Ale & Lager

We're a NYS Farm Nanobrewery perched on a hilltop overlooking Cayuga Lake just south of the beautiful village of Aurora, NY. Started in 2015 by two friends and "beer guys", who share a passion for finely crafted beers of the world. We're brewing small batches of curious styles of beers from smoked beers, IPAs, sours, barrel aged beers, wheats, saisons and more. Come visit us on a weekend for a pint or a flight, and enjoy the views from our tasting room and back patio. We are a NYS Farm Brewery, which comes with the great responsibility of brewing with a certain percentage of NYS ingredients. We source our grains and hops both from NYS and around the world. Some of our hops come from as close as a few miles away from our brewery, and our grain is coming out of the Rochester and Buffalo area as well as Europe. All of our beers are brewed with at least 20% NYS grown ingredients, and we will aim to produce beers that utilize 100% NYS ingredients in the future as the local agriculture allows. We are also brewing with as many organic & sustainable ingredients as we can. We do not have any additions to our beers other than malt, hops, and yeast and our beers are never fined or filtered.
