Big Slide Brewery & Public House opened in June of 2016 at 5686 Cascade Road. Great beer, great food, and great service in a dynamite atmosphere.

Big Slide Brewery & Public House opened in June of 2016. We have installed a hybrid 3.5/5 barrel brew-house, right in the center of our space, which features a concrete-topped bar, a comfortable dining room, a beautiful (dog-friendly) patio, and a semi-open kitchen. We offer 10 house beers on tap, with a wide variety of styles from lighter colored beers to Pale Ales, IPAs, Porters, Stouts, and Belgian beers. There are always some new and exciting beers available like a Chili Pepper Pale Ale or a Coffee-Infused Pale. In addition, we have a separate fermentation room, which we call The Funk Room, designed specifically for sour and wild-fermented beers such as Berliner Weisse, Gose, and Lambic beers. Big Slide pushes the envelope of beer styles. In the middle of the bar, you will see a wall of wooden barrels which is our extensive barrel-aging program at work, where we use bourbon, red wine, and fresh oak barrels to age our brews.

Big Slide Brewery & Public House was founded to challenge the parameters of traditional beer styles. While we will always have a golden ale and a pale ale available, we will feature progressive and hoppy I.P.A.s, rich Brown Ales, crisp lagers, roasty stouts, and earthy Belgian-style brews. We also have a separate Funk Room for fermenting and aging sour and wild-fermented beers. And you can see our wooden barrels right in the bar area, filled with various brews spending some quality time with some bourbon, whiskey, and wine counterparts.
