Our brews honor the heritage and pride of our local community, Fairport, NY. Many of our brews have received high honors at the World Beer Championships. We’re also proud to call ourselves the first New York State farm brewery in Monroe County. Six rotating varieties and other beverages are always available at the FBC Tap Room. You can also find our beers in many retail stores in the greater Rochester area.

Located in the heart of Fairport, the FBC Tap Room is a favorite spot for locals, beer enthusiasts, and loyal patrons. Since 2013, the FBC team has been serving up pints of handcrafted beer daily. Feel free to stop in and grab a brew. Our open patio features gas fire pits and relaxing Adirondack chairs. It’s a great place to bring a group of friends – to sit around the fire, drink beer, and share great stories. Walk inside, and our cozy brick-built tavern resembles that of a retro Irish pub. Our bar seating, high-top tables, and soft lighting promotes a relaxing atmosphere to hang out and have a glass.

Fairport Brewing Company, the first New York State farm brewery in Monroe County, is proud to offer our artisan, hand-crafted approach to brewing the highest quality beer using only the best ingredients. Fairport Brewing Company brews more then 30 beer styles annually. Many of our craft beers have been recognized with the highest honors at the World Beer Championships. Six rotating varieties and other beverages are always available in our Tap Room to meet the discerning tastes of craft beer aficionados. Just as many of our brews honor the heritage and preserve the spirit of our local community – Fairport, New York – our commitment to local extends to the use of New York State ingredients in the beer we brew.

On July 1, 2017 Fairport Brewing company spun off it’s Timbucha business into it’s own entity called Fairport Beverage Company. Fairport Beverage Company will position itself for growth and begin to raise equity for it’s new kombucha brewing facility.
