Dave and Don met in 2001 at High Falls Brewery in Rochester, NY where Don was head of sales and Dave was head brewmaster. Dave had previously been head brewmaster at Rohrbachs in Rochester and at Custom Brewcrafters in Honeoye Falls. Don had spent his sales and marketing career in and out of the alcoholic beverage industry, including stints at Gallo Wine and Constellation Brands. Dave holds a brewing degree from the prestigious Siebel Institute in Chicago.
Our draft beers are available in the Naked Dove Tasting Room and in over 200 bars and restaurants located within a 35 mile radius of the brewery.
