My name is Jessy Jolicoeur. I’m the head brewer and owner of Oval Craft Brewing. My background is primarily in home brewing. I started home brewing in 1997. I took a little break from brewing when my kids were little because it was so difficult to keep everything clean. I’ve since taken a course at the American Brewer’s Guild and the Start Your Own Brewery course at the Seibel Institute in Chicago.
