Two decades ago Brewmaster Jonathan Schulman started out brewing in the basement of his home in Staten Island. What began as a home brewing hobby has now become a passion. Twenty years later he has the expertise to produce beer that is straightforward and flavorful. The recipes have been innovated and refined right here in Staten Island for your drinking satisfaction.
Staten Island Beer Company’s Pale Ale is unique and distinctive. We use the finest Pale Ale and Caramel malts to give our beer its bright amber color. We pair these malts with a special blend of Cascade and Palisade Hops that add an original flavor and aroma that is both flowery and citrusy.
