Our 7 barrel brewhouse allows brewer Dan Popernack to experiment with a wide range of styles. Whether you’re in the mood for a crisp pils or a rich barleywine, La Cabra aims to produce a solid line-up of beers that reflects the seasons and constantly changing tastes in beer. Alongside a wide range of beers fermented in stainless steel, Dan has a particular passion for barrel-aging beers and exploring the effects of oak and careful aging. The dynamic between bright, fresh beers enjoyed within view of the brewery and the deep, robust flavors produced by prolonged barrel-aging give Dan a wide pallet with which to entertain guests to La Cabra Brewing.

For a quick bite, guests can enjoy sandwiches and tacos featuring house-smoked meats with our signature wood blend. We have lighter fare (seasonal, thoughtfully prepared salads and appetizers) as well as a rotating selection of entrees. We weave Latin flavors and our passion for beer into recognizable gastropub dishes as well as new creations from our Executive Chef John Hearn.
