So, it is your typical start-up brewery story: Brewer wants to open his own place after working for breweries in FL, HI, CA (x3), CO, MO (x2), New Zealand, and PA (x3). Hmmmm, maybe that isn’t so typical. Regardless, we are so excited to finally open the doors to our brewery. Steve was already thinking about opening a small brewery back in 2003 when we met while working in the same Saint Louis brewery. Although there have been many moves, the places we have lived and people we have met along the way have been life-changing and we are better for the experiences. Without a doubt. We are excited to share our beer with the city of Pittsburgh.

Our tap selection changes constantly (every 3-4 weeks) with no particular flagship beers. Feel free to subscribe to our site to receive updates on our tap selection.

A to-go alternative to our glass Rounds and Growlers, Quart Cans are now available in the tasting room. We pre-fill our Quart Cans in the brewery with equipment and procedures to ensure a longer shelf-life than containers filled at the tap on demand. Our selection of Quart Cans vary week to week, so be sure to check this page for the latest Quart Can selection.

We opened our doors on July 12, 2013 with growlers sales only. On May 18, 2014 we started selling by the glass. We now have 12 oz and 16 oz pours available in our tasting room.
