Owner and Brewmaster, Hector Cavazos, a former teacher never thought that watching a couple of documentaries would change his career path, but watching those documentaries changed his life. From then on it was brewing books and research that led to him to discover his passion in life, creating his own beer.
Our taproom started with five taps and will soon be expanding to eight. We have a stage for live music and also host a variety of events from art shows to yoga. The taproom is family friendly and has a selection of games at the tables. We also have a rotation of food trucks outside and restaurants making deliveries to provide a variety of exciting foods to pair with our craft beer.
