FORAY – kettle-soured pomegranate ale
sour, tasty pucker with delicious pomegranate hints in the aroma and flavor
BURNT MOUNTAIN BROWN
nutty brown goodness that starts off rich, finishes slightly sweet
HOPS: Tettnang, Willamette IBU: 17
HARVEST WHEAT – american wheat ale
chewy, bready, smooth malt body balanced with a spicy floral hops character
HOPS: Mosaic IBU: 33
PARADOX SESSION IPA
brewed specifically for Utah, small beer, big on hops
HOPS: Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, El Dorado IBU: 68
RED ALTAR
american red, malt forward and late addition of hops
HOPS: Citra, El Dorado, Galena IBU: 51
ZION PALE ALE
west coast style pale ale with assertive citrus notes and a rich, malty
body
HOPS: Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook, Columbus IBU: 52
SPRINGDALE AMBER
slight malty flavor, tawny amber in color, most balanced and drinkable
HOPS: Crystal, Liberty, Willamette IBU: 21
JAMAICAN-STYLE LAGER
our lightest beer, brewed using a german alt yeast strain.
HOPS: Liberty IBU: 12
CONVICTION STOUT
a year-round stout- dark, chocolaty, and well-balanced with a roasted
coffee finish
HOPS: Willamette IBU: 20
ASCENDER HEFEWEIZEN
unfiltered wheat beer, a tart bouquet of banana, citrus and a subtle clove
finish
