ABOUT DIRT FARM IT ALL STARTED WITH THE FARM Family Owned and Operated Farm Brewery We are comfortably nestled in Blue Ridge Mountains 1 mile outside of the village of Bluemont. From plow to pint, our focus is small batch hand crafted beer from fresh ingredients grown on our family farm, Great Country Farms. The Brewery is a natural " fermentation" extension to our 400 acre farm. The Zurschmeide family has been farming in Loudoun County for over 40 years. Our name, "Dirt Farm" pays homage to our farming heritage that spans three generations. We are grateful to work and play surrounded by our own family and many friends. We welcome you to bring yours & slow down a bit in the country. It is an exciting time in the Virginia Craft Beer Industry. We have only scratched the surface with farming and beer. No farms, no beer! With our newly established 3 acre hop yard, 10 acres in grain, and all the farms bounty we look forward to growing craft beer in Loudoun! Plow to Pint Farming

OUR BEERS STAPLE SEASONAL OUR STAPLE BEERS We rotate through these beers, what's available can change often. WORK Session IPA The tribute beer to our farm life. A crisp and clean sessionable IPA. ABV: 4.7% / IBU 43 RED MERL Irish Red Ale Toasty and smooth with notes of caramel and chocolate — 2016 VCBC Gold Medal Winner! ABV: 6.2% / IBU 17 STRAW Golden Ale Single hopped light Ale, named Straw for its Golden hue. ABV: 5.1% / IBU 17 AWE DANG Citra IPA Citra and Amarillo hops deliver nice hints of grapefruit/citrus flavor and aroma. ABV: 6.1% / IBU 70 BOOTS OFF IPA Earthy and hopped with Amarillo. The beer to grab when the work is done. Kick 'em off and enjoy. ABV: 5.6% / IBU 57 TART 31 Cherry Ale This fruit forward brew is packed w/ farm fresh Montmorency Cherries. We call it a sours 1st cousin. ABV: 6.3% / IBU 17 SCOTT Brown Ale Malt driven and highly hopped, almost a brown IPA. ABV: 5.8% / IBU 30 OUR SEASONAL BEERS One of our favorite parts of running

Know/Nos Things You Want to Know FAQ ANSWERS RESERVATIONS: KNOW: We have indoor and outdoor seating. We recommend you dress for the weather. Outside is beautiful in the cooler months. Enjoy our rustic outdoor fireplace. Check our website or Facebook for closures. NO: We do NOT take reservations for groups. Our tasting room seating is first come first serve. We recommend you come early in the day. BUSES: KNOW: Our drive is a very steep country road and is not conducive to a large bus. NO: We do NOT allow large buses. OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS: KNOW: We sell Kombucha, Root Beer, juice boxes, bottled water, and sparkling water on tap for the DDs and little people. Only DFB beer can be consumed on the property — VA ABC law! NO: We do NOT allow any outside food or drinks. No picnics or coolers! GROWLERS, CROWLERS (CANS), AND BOTTLES: KNOW: We sell our craft beer to go. Our growlers, crowlers, and bottles are a perfect way to enjoy a little dirt at home. NO: Growlers, crowlers (cans)
